1. Free White-Glove Delivery

We are proud to offer complimentary white-glove delivery on all furniture orders within our standard service areas. This includes bringing the items into your home, unpacking, placing the furniture in your room of choice, and removing all packaging materials.

2. Delivery Timelines

Because our furniture is handcrafted, timelines vary based on the item:

• In-Stock Items: Typically delivered within 7–14 business days.
• Made-to-Order Items: Usually require 4–8 weeks for crafting and delivery.
• Custom Pieces: Timelines will be discussed during your consultation and clearly stated on your invoice.

3. Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your piece is ready, our delivery team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to schedule a specific delivery window. Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

4. Preparing for Delivery

Before our team arrives, please measure your doorways, stairwells, and hallways to ensure the furniture will fit. Please clear the path and the destination room of any existing furniture or obstacles.Please note: Our delivery team cannot move or dispose of your existing furniture.
