Returns & Refunds
We design our furniture to last a lifetime, but we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the right fit for your home.
Standard Returns
For standard, in-stock items, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity must be included.
- A pickup fee (typically 10-15% of the item's value) will be deducted from your final refund to cover reverse logistics.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are tailored specifically to your specifications, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your furniture thoroughly upon delivery. If you notice any damage or a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery, refuse the item and note the damage on the delivery receipt. If you discover a defect after the delivery team has left, please contact our support team on WhatsApp within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Gorakhpur facility, we will process your refund. Funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
