By accessing and using the Janta Furniture website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Products and Handcrafted Variations
Our products are handcrafted using natural materials like solid wood, cane, and stone. Natural variations in grain, color, texture, and slight dimensional differences are inherent characteristics of handmade furniture and are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. Orders and Pricing
All quotes provided via WhatsApp or email are valid for 7 days. Production for custom or made-to-order items begins only after a 50% advance deposit is received.
3. Production Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are approximations based on current production capacity. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays out of our immediate control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation.
4. Returns and Cancellations
Orders for standard items may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, imagery, and designs featured on this website are the intellectual property of Janta Furniture. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written consent.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur, UP.
